6. Support Billy & Jack at their 24hr supperclub


WHAT IS IT? When Billy Wright and Jack Layer met on MasterChef, a foodie bromance blossomed. This weekend, the foodie duo is set to host a 24-hour supperclub to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Taking place at Plum + Spilt Milk in Kings Cross, Billy and Jack will cook for 24 hours straight, prepping nine consecutive supper club sittings spanning brunch, lunch, dinner and late-night feasting, to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

8. Go zen at The London Edition


WHAT IS IT? Sound Sebastien was born through Jasmine Hemsley and Toni Dicks’ mutual love for the ancient practice of sound and its ability to calm and curate good vibrations for the ultimate in relaxation. During each session, guests are invited to reset and renew through a sound-induced meditative state. Top 5 | Fitness Classes in London 2018

As seems to be the norm now in London, new gyms, fitness classes and training trends are cropping up left, right and centre – even as a complete fiend I’m struggling to keep up! However, I’m doing my best, and have pulled together my round-up of classes that I think are worth trying out this year (no doubt in 6 months time I’ll want to re-write this whole post all over again. But in the mean time.. here goes, my top fitness classes in London for 2018:

“No Matter How Slow You Go, You Are Still Lapping Everyone On The Sofa”

With an abundance of fitness classes popping up and about all over London, I thought I would give my insight into my favourite classes. It’s undeniable that the wellness scene in London has taken off by storm, which has led to some crazy asking prices for workout classes, however, one thing I can promise you is – these classes are worth it! It’s also worth noting that many of these places offer a discounted price for your first class (and sometimes even no fee at all), so don’t feel like you can’t give them a shot – NO EXCUSES!
