​​WHAT IS IT? The creators of liquid nitrogen fuelled ice cream and their weird and wonderful creations are heading to the streets of Soho with their latest pop up. From ice cream sandwiches to the best hot chocolate to ever pass your lips this is sure to be another London spot worthy of some inevitable queues.

8. Duck & Waffle Local

9. Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre

​​WHAT IS IT? It’s becoming a firm fixture in the London Summer Events calendar and this year looks to be no different. 10. The BBQ Club

​​WHAT IS IT? The pop-up King, Jimmy Garcia, is back. He gave us cheese fondue indulgence over the Christmas period at The Lodge, and he’s now heading to the Southbank to inspire us with some chargrilled classics! Set on a rooftop overlooking the Thames with a six course tasting menu this a night of serious BBQ indulgence.
